Thank you for shopping with Spectrum Telescope. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and safely as possible.


Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, major solar events, eclipses, holidays, or promotional periods.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, selected shipping method, package size, and order weight.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Typical domestic delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


Domestic Shipping

Spectrum Telescope currently ships throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products and destinations.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their local government or carrier.

Spectrum Telescope is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international shipping carriers.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Spectrum Telescope is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us promptly at info@spectrumtelescope.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of damaged packaging or products (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue

We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.


Pre-Orders and High-Demand Products

Certain products, eclipse-related items, or limited inventory products may occasionally be offered on a pre-order basis.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are subject to change based on manufacturing, inventory availability, or demand.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your shipment may be delayed or shipped separately.
